Refund policy
Meeting Attendance & Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following policy applies to all scheduled consultations:
1. No-Call, No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice (no call, no show), the session will be forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation time.
- Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee, and the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new date must be confirmed at the time of the request.
3. Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows and late reschedule requests.
